What do you do when your boss has already made a decision, but that decision is not supported by the data? Does your boss's personality type affect how you deal with the situation? This case asks you to explore an interesting dataset that seems to contradict a decision your boss has just made, and then asks you how you would respond to your boss, based on her personality type.
